Email response

@icarus75

Hello Bart, I have sent you an email regarding FLM02a serial numbers.
I think you are very busy as usual, but would like to respond to this.

I also have send him an email about a FLM02b. He can be on vacation this period :-) .

Its a business, vacation shouldn't matter. Customers really should be respected or no business.
Maybe If that is the case a message should be posted in advance as a minimum imo.

that is the downside to flukso service is lacking if you need to contact them.
luckily we have some smart people on here that seem to be able to help

That is true, but they cannot help you to activate serial numbers.

So from this response you can conclude that Bart has still not responded.

Update:

I have been in contact with Bart by phone.

Hi Bart,
It's now 14 days after our telephone conversation and about 7 weeks after my first email, I was curious to see if you can see possibilities to activate the serial numbers of my Fluksos. With the know-how you have available, it shouldn't be difficult. I would really appreciate a response.

After my last message that I had telephone contact with Bart, it remained silent.
How difficult can it be to place the serial numbers in the database for 2 used Fluksos so that they can be used.
I see it as a form of recycling, but Bart thinks differently.
If it is a question of money then please contact me.
