Flukso reading 20% low

My Flukso uploads to pvoutput.org and both seem consistent with each other. I monitor the total generation each day (as reported by pvoutput.org) and compare with output as reported by inverter (Conext RL 5000). Any ideas why Flukso (i.e. pvoutput.org) reported daily generation is consistently 20% of the inverter reading. The inverter reading is what I would expect.

Many thanks!

Partly inverters seem to run ahead (but hopefully not 20%) - my SMA SunnyBoy 3300 TL-HC reports via RS485 (thus, also on its dispaly) too much which I have to correct in another logger I use (therefore solarlog dataloggers already provide a correction factor configuration); only reliable source for inverter supply readings seems to be a (in the best case certified) pulse counter (or Ferraris counter which is also reliable for accounting)...

Based on what I expect and the generation shown on my electricity meter I believe the inverter reading. The shape of the output is as expected on the flukso - the amplitude is just 20% of what it should be i.e. daily pvoutput reads 8000Wh - inverter 20000Wh. Might it be a faulty cable clamp or configuration issue?

Sorry meant pvoutput (flukso) 4000Wh - inverter 20000Wh. This was todays readings - other days pvoutput is consistently 20% of inverter.

So could you please state on how you connected your solar supply to the FLM? By clamp? (then check if it is closed completely as an slit will make readings improper) What is the voltage you set? - Thus, tell your config parameters and boundary conditions - everything else would be less than an educated guess...

FLM is connected to solar supply via 50A current clamp. I confirm it is fully closed. The voltage is set to 240 (I am in Australia), Current = 50, Constant = blank.

I don't know what you mean by config parameters and boundary conditions. Could you please explain to a newbie.

Many thanks for your help.

Config parameters you named fine; with "boundary conditions" I meant a bit more information on your setup as there are so many different inverters out there and ways to connect it... But from the spec of your inverter (http://solar.schneider-electric.com/product/conext-rl/) I see that it is a single-phase one; also there is nothing said about a power factor... Is the clamp directly connected to the inverter output or do you measure its output and potential consumption (another cause, the actual wiring - see https://energyhacks.wordpress.com/2014/07/10/wire-to-measure/) - as other forum discussions have shown (ref to https://www.google.de/search?q=site:flukso.net+measure+solar) the best way to measure solar is not using a clamp (due to inverter power factor issues), but use a pulse meter directly at the output (any 20Eur single phase meter with 50/5A will do for that, but get an electrician to install it if you don't feel capable to do it on your own - the home insurance will thank you).

Spec for inverter lists power factor as > 0.99 @ full power. Adjustable: 0.80 capacitive to 0.80 inductive.

Re connection of clamps this was done by solar installer: 100A for consumption, 50A for generation. Consumption on FLM is as expected. I can see the clamps behind the switch board but unsure where the wires come from.

I don't know anything about pulse meters - are you able to point me to a suitable one?

The solar is wired so that generation is used locally first and exported if generation exceeds consumption. I have an electricity meter that reports total electricity used from grid and total electricity sent to grid (i.e. not used for local consumption).
