I installed yesterday my FLukso v2...
The hearbeat is ok but I don't see any measurements on the website... the HTTPS POST command always fails with error code 200.

The heartbeat POST does indeed return a 200 code, which means the POST has been successful, see [1]. What I don't see in your syslog trace are pulse entries. Can you check:
a/ whether the heartbeat LED is blinking approx every second.
b/ whether you've properly closed the clamp around the conductor.
c/ whether the cable is connected with the correct polarity to the clamp and to the Fuksometer.
d/ if there's any current flowing in the phase that's being measured.

Shame on me.... I was trying to measure a wrong cable with absolutely no current.
