Minute data not working because Flukso account shows 2 sensors

My minute data won't work because the flukso installation shows 2 sensors. My understanding is that there should be only one sensor shown, as the two sensors are combined into a single virtual sensor.
All of the other time resolutions work and show only one sensor. Only the minute resolution fails.

The error message I see is:

×Error - The call for sensor 500A two experienced a timeout. You are probably not in the same local network as the FLM.

I would like Flukso to help me by deleting the 2nd sensor definition, since I can't find anyway to delete it myself.

This is the sensor definition shown on my setup web page:

Is there any way for me to fix this myself, since I seem to be unable to get anyone Flukso to help?

Perhaps some kind of config file inside the Flukso unit?

Still not working, Flukso account still shows two sensors where there should be only 1:

Not too sure how yours is set up .
If you open the 192.168.255.1 page when plugged into the Flm you can untick the sensor there. Then click on save.
The Flm should update within about 5 minutes.

I dont know why your getting no help..frustrating a'int it ;)

Another thing on the minute tab ... it can take a day before it works properly, no idea why but thats just my experience.
Same again for me last night, installed new Flm, etc etc.. no minute stream..14 hours later up it came ..?
Seen it before for me in the past.

You should be able to remove this second sensor by saving your sensor settings in the local configuration interface. Make sure you only enable the sensors you wish to use. The globe led should be on when you perform this action.

@bazzle All active sensors would need to have at least one reading since booting up the FLM for the minute tab to work. The plan is to re-design the minute tab based on MQTT iso HTTP to improve the overall user experience.

Thanks for that.
No idea what you said but if it works ...ok :)
