My first post here. This device looks interesting but i cannot find any reference to how the AC voltage is measured?
P(apparent power) = Vrms X Irms
So does this mean the power calculated is approximated based on a "plug-in" value of volts via software? can the unit calculate power factor and real power?

It doesn't and it can't
If you use clamps, flukso is only ok for approximate measurements and relative comparisons (like: change something and see if it has much effect)
For exact measurements, use meters with digital (pulse) output and connect those to the flukso.
Or have a look at www.openenergymonitor.org - but honestly, you won't find something with the features you specified in the price range the FLM costs..,
