Water measurement is not correct

My Flukso is right now running for one month. I know that we have an average water consumption of 8 m3 per month. Following the Flukso graph is our ussage of the last month not more than 2 m3. It seems to be that the liters devided by factor 4. What can I do to solve this issue? Thanks for your help.

According to the dash you have 1962 liters used between March 15 and April 12; the numbers seem not too unreasonable...
"know" and "average" are relative; either you "know", then you have counter values of your water meter from a start date and an end date to compare OR you have an average from several intervals that might serve you as an indicator to look in more detail (so step to start/end date counter values)...
So, first get certainty: Log the meter's counter value, use a defined volume, e.g. a 10l bucket, and fill it (depends on the accuracy of your pulse measuring); control the meter's counter again and see if the meter counts correctly; compare the readings to the pulses counted by the fluksometer (in the syslog there is a timestamp and the notification on a pulse counted) - if pulses don't match manual measurement you should check the physical connection of the pulse counter cable and its assembly; if pulses are correct, but displayed volume is incorrect, check the constant configured with the sensor.
Always check the "obvious" first, it might not be "obvious"...

Mostly it is 2 pulses per liter ...
