What do i need to measure 3 phase usage + 3 x PV

Hi,

I have a 3 phase connection and on each phase a have SMA sunny boy inverter for the solar panels.
I also have an SMA webbox that collect the data from the inverters.
http://www.sma-america.com/en_US/products/monitoring-systems/sunny-webbo...
The inverters are connected to the SMA webbbox with a RS-485 connection.

Is it possible to read the data from the webbox or from the inverters and get all the stats together in Flukso?

So what i would like to have is stats from the used electricity and stats from the produced electricity.

So i need 3 clamps to measure my 3 phase connection, and what else do I need to measure the 3 inverters?

I’m also interested in measuring temperature with the flukso. :-)

To measure the produced energy you can use in your case a 3 phase kwh meter with pulse output, but be sure that’s it have 500, 1000 or 2000 impulses/kWh, not 400 or 800 !
Measuring temperature isn't supported by the Flukso right now.

That's an option. But not the cheapest. And I have limited space in and around my fuse box.

I was wondering if i can connect the RS-485 from the inverters to the Flukso? They are all connected together.

So I don't need current clamps to measure the PV production?

No. the FLM does not understand the SMA protocol; you may (of course) program it yourself :-) - otherwise that would be a task for a real "solarlog"... - sadly my SMA shows quite some reactive power that makes measuring with a current clamp rather useless, so using a DIN-rail meter with pulse output seems the only reliable choice. Be aware that there are only 3(1) analog plus 2(4) pulse ports at the FLM, so a combined 3-phase-meter as Fluc suggestets is the only option with only one FLM assuming 3-phase-consumption measurement by clamps is wished...

Fred, there are cheaper ones if you don't need it for accounting purposes... See at ebay - there are a few around 60Eur that are more than sufficient; I use a single phase swissnox for 20Eur and I am pleased...

Ok, thanks GebhardM :-)
