Hi, the wiring in my fuse box is pretty complicated... In order to measure everything, I need to use two clamps (I already have one of 100A installed and planning to add another 50A clamp on a second bunch of wires). Is it possible to connect both clamps onto 1 Flukso port?

No this is not possible.
What you can do:
- 1 Clamp on input 1, 2nd clamp on input 2
- Configure your system as a 3 Phase system
Extra info :
Input 1 and 2 will be combined if you select 3 phase system.
Line voltage is still the same.
