New user - Issue connecting Fluksometer in wifi network

Hi there,

I can't get the fluksometer to connect to the wifi network, the globe led is off after I configure the network name, password and key. I tested on my phone hotspot and it worked fine.

I'm guessing is an issue with the router to allow the fluksometer to connect to it. Any ideas?

Do you have already made connection with the lan-port of the fluksometer ?

Once logged in, you can see on the status tab / Network part if something is not working ?
Your Gateway IP address and SSID are correct ?
Flukso.net ping test = successful you shall see when is can report to the Flukso.net website.

Thanks, I just had to configure the router to let incoming NTP traffic on port UPD 123, it's all working fine now.
