no sensor data Heeeeeelp :-)

Hello there
i've installed the Flukso properly ; i think....
can read the correct Sensor names and device.
Got 3 Phases R, S, T and clamped the sensors
wired +/- corectly
can ping the device via WiFi
but after resets ( counted ) and one hour i've got still do data displayed in the dash ( hour )

what can be wrong ?

thanks a lot ! in advance

Hello Christoph,

Everything seems to be running just fine. You have configured the FLM in 3-phase mode. This means that the three analog (clamp) inputs will be bundled into a single sensor, namely sensor 1. If you prefer to have individual readings for each phase, just configure 1-phase mode and enable each of the three analog sensors.

Cheers,
Bart.

When its going have a look at this page as well as the dash page.....

Hi caib,
I have the same Problem
- flukso account successfully created
- connection to Flukso-server established
- device and sensors properly set up
- sensor names visible on flukso.net
- heartbeats properly reported to flukso.net

but no data on the graph of the dashbord after one day of measuring
all values in the bottom line of the graph are indicated as "nan"

did you meanwhile fix the problem for you?

I had a 'nan' on my digital input until I reversed the wires.
Maybe try that?

Thanks for your advice,
but it was my fault: for my desktop installation I didn't realise,
that no current and no pulses leads to "nan" instead of a zero-line resp. zero-values on the dashboard. With current and S0-pulses it runs nearly perfect, as the input of the clamp #3 seems to be shorted inside the flukso box.

maybe I can fix it

Stefan

Hello Stefan,

If you think there's indeed a defect on port #3 and you can't fix it, just return the bare FLM02 to us and we'll either repair the unit or provide you with a replacement.

Cheers,
-Bart.

Thanks Bart,
for your greatful offer, but I was able to fix the short circuit by myself.
It was a tiny bridge of tin across a SMD capacitor on the red Flukso sensor board. As I'm an electronic engeneer, it was no problem for me to find and remove it with the help of magnifying glasses.

Searching for this location, I was able to see how perfect both boards were manufactured; it should be realy a very seldom failure. So I am happy not having to send a parcel to you.

By the way how can I get this flexible zooming representation on the dash
http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a19/bazzslk230/Flukso/FluksoJan15th12.jpg
is it standard or do I have to wait for more data until it will appear?

thanks,
Stefan

Hello Stefan,

Nice work on tracking down the hardware bug!

The chart you refer to in the link can be found at [1]. These new Javascript-based charts will become the default charting in the near future. Right now, they are still an alpha feature, meaning they're still lacking a couple of features. See the forum thread at [2] for more information.
