No taking serial number on new account sign up.

I have just sold my previous FLM. The purchaser has come back saying he cannot make an account as this site wont take the serial number . Message is:

Please specify a valid serial number.

He has sent an message thru the 'contact' page but no one has answered?

Any clues what I should tell him?

I think you have to remove the serial number from your account... (prpbably cant have one device on 2 accounts.

click the gears / Devices / remove the device
