Original Flukso "EoL"?

I have enjoyed my original Flukso for some 6 years now and was quite satisfied all the time. Sadly it seems to be playing up a bit lately.
In February I noticed for the first time that consumption was suspiciously low but after a few days everything was back to normal. Same thing happened in March but now it seems not to recover. Please check attached image.
Any ideas why this could be or how to debug? ADC sample values are in the range of 60-80, wiring seems to be ok.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Although you mention the wiring is OK, but could this be the infamous loosening over time of the screws at the 6-position screw terminal block? Or a leg of some component creeping up and down from the circuit board due to temperature changes? No harm in opening the box and have peek inside with a magnifying glass. However, such intermittent problems are difficult to pinpoint.

No, my flukso has only 2 screew terminals and as they where "glued shut" during assembly i actually soldered the wires of the clamps directly to the screews -> solder joints still look ok.

Never opened the box I will do so and re-solder the connectors on the pcb just to be sure.

while I did not touch anything and my flukso resides in the cellar (no vibration, very little temperature variation) since today 09:00 it seems to be working again. I'm wondering how long it will stay "ok" this time around...

was ok from April 29th to May 15th now is on the fritz again :-(
