Possibile problem with pulse detection FLM02B

Here the situation:

- FLM02B running and operative (installed yesterday)
- Connection to web site good
- Power monitoring with 1 50A clamp good and stable. I can see on internet my data as expected
- Mosquitto running. I can get data coming from analog meter

Now the problem part

- Port 4 and port 5 configured for pulse input
- Hardware and sensor connection seems good.
- No signal detected. No graph on internet. No data from mosqitto.
- I tried to shorting also port 4 and port 5 to simulate a pulse, nothing. No pulse reported
- Many reboot and different test: no solution found

It seems for me an hardware failure. Do you have some extra suggestion to solve it ?

It seems like you set the meter constant of both inputs to 0.01. That means you'll have to generate 100 'physical' pulses to end up with a single 'logical' (i.e. a software pulse being generated inside the FLM) one. So try setting the meter constant to 1 and short the input pins of the relevant port. You should see a pulse message in the broker when subscribing to /sensor/#.

I believe I have a similar problem,
I have the FLM02B running for about a week with 2 amp clamps which are working fine.
I can't get the pulse ports to work however.

I've set the meter constant to 1 but nothing changes, still no pulses detected, even when short circuiting between 4 + and -.
Also the syslog shows no response on shortcircuiting.

Any sugestions?

On the setup page did you set the ports to pulse output?

Have you tried pulse ports 4 and 5? Make sure to enable them and to press the 'save' button on the sensor config page.

port 5 works fine but port 4 does nothing.
Checked the enabled and saved status
