On fluksometer v2 I see one RS485 serial port on screw terminal.
Can I pick unused RS232 anywhere on board ?
The goal : put a Maxim DS2480B to have temperature, humidity, etc ... One-wire sensors with owfs.
Anyone already do something like this ?

There is a short thread in the flukso-dev mailing list [1] discussing this very same topic [2]. The discussion actually started at FOSDEM, hence the lack of an introductory mail.
Please note that the Sin and Sout pins on the bottom 2x8 connector are the 3.3V UART lines from the Atheros chip. This UART is currently not being used on the sensor board v2.1. All communication between router and sensor board is done via the SPI bus. Connecting a DS2480B to this UART should allow you to connect to the 1-wire bus via /dev/ttyS0.
