single or tri-fase Belgium, 2 wires and no neutral

So, I'm in Belgium, and there are 2 wires coming in the main board, both live, no neutral.
115v between Line and ground, 230 between the live wires.

How do I configure? 2 clamps as Tri-fase with 115V or 1 clamp and single fase 230V?

I've connected now 2 clamps and configured single fase 230V, and on the graph I get the right reading, but 2 graphs (almost the same), so the 2 reading combined (total) gives the double of the actual value.

What would be the correct configuration?

1 clamp and single phase 230V is correct. In my home it is the same : 2 wires and no neutral.
Live in Belgium (Ghent) ;-)
