Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

Very low voltage readings on 230V system

Hi,
I moved my fluksometer v3 to my new apartment and can't get the readings rights. Previously everything looked fine, now the flmlocal interface shows just 0.7V on each phase and the dash graph shows 0W. Is there something wrong with the configuration or the wiring?

Images of the flmlocal gauge visualizations of no load and load on each phase:

My configuration:
Electrical system: 3 phases with N
Math: port1 + port 2 + port 3
Ports 1-3: representing each phase

Cannopt upgrade from Ver 247 to 250

I pressed the upgrade button under devices to upgrade my Flukso FL03001461 from Ver 247 to 250 but it doesn't want to upgrade itself.
Here is the data after pressing upgrade:

The FLM with serial FL03001461 will be upgraded to firmware version 250 at the next FLM heartbeat.

Serial Version Resets Last heartbeat Uptime Operations
FL03001461 250** 57 07 Sep 2018 14:01:07 0d 19h

Here are the readings an hour & 10 min later after the next heartbeat:
Serial Version Resets Last heartbeat Uptime Operations
FL03001461 247 57 07 Sep 2018 15:01:15 0d 20h remove upgrade

I did it number of times over the weekend. Still the same ver 247 without the upgrade.
Any ideas?

v250

is there a changelog from V247

is it worth updating?
i have read it affects FMlocal is there anything else?

TMPO API

is there any API specification on the TMPO API so i can get BB to have a look at implementing it in PVOutput?

Cheers,

Guard Flukso lost access.

I have 2 older Android phones . Each one has Guard Flukso app installed .
This allows me to see live Consumption on one phone and live Solar output on the other in graph and numerical formats.
I have them on a shelf in my kitchen for real live data.
To function they just need the sensor number for each feed entered.
For the last couple of days they cant see the live data?
I have checked the sensors on this site and entered in the phones, both still the same.

Question. Has there been any changes in the way access is available to this program over the last couple of days?
