Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

S0 pulse meter - pulse length 30ms supported?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, so a short introduction might be welcome. I'm from Austria, live near Vienna and am passionate about collecting and graphing all kinds of data I can get my hands on.

I am about to order a flukso v2b and would be happy if someone could answer me a few questions beforehand.

I plan a setup like this:
- main: 3 phase S0 pulse meter for total electricity consumption metering
- detail: up to 4 selected points for detailed measurement of parts of my house using a combination of clamps and single-phase S0 meters

Question 1: That should work like I imagine, right?

Question 2: Is there a difference in the results between using an S0 meter and a clamp?

Question 3: The B+G E-Tech DRT428DC-V3 S0 meter seems an inexpensive product to me and has 2000imp/kWh with a pulse length of 30ms.
I have already read the posts regarding the imps/kWh and think the 2000 should work fine (I like it being more granular than a 1000imp/kWh one).
But what about the pulse length, I haven't found any info on that. Is 30ms a supported value, or to I need a 90ms meter?

Thank you four your feedback!

flukso to run 5 pulse ports?

is the flukso able to run 5 pulse ports or is it only 1 analog and 4 pulse the maximum it can handle?

Pulse Water meters

looking for some sort of pulse unit to measure water.

found these water meters but the one that does 1 pulse/0.5L only is 25mm im looking for a 40mm
http://www.fluidflo.com.au/25mm-brass-coup-p-1100.html

the 40mm i have found does 1 pulse/10L
http://www.fluidflo.com.au/multijet-cold-water-c-910_1494.html

does anyone know of any decent 1 pulse per 0.5-5L units? they dont have to be actual water meters just that thats all i seem to be able to find.
looking for 40mm size as to not restrict pipework and allow a decent flow through

Pulse output 100imp/kWh

I am looking at ordering a DIN mounted single phase kW/h meter with a pulse output of 100 imp/kWh. Can someone confirm that this would be compatible with the Flukso and that I would set the meter constant to 10?

Strange readings for generation

I've only had my Flukso running for a couple of weeks. See output at http://www.pvoutput.org/list.jsp?id=40803&sid=37338.

If you have a look at generation for 12/05/15 I get what I would expect a nice Bell shaped curve. Thereafter I get these dropout periods e.g. 14/05/15. Following days were overcast so hard to call but then today 20/05/15 was a sunny day and its all over the shop. Inverter reports 20470 kWh generated (which seems appropriate) but Flukso shows 6764 kWh. pvoutput.org data same as Flukso data.

Whats going on - is there an issue with the cable clamp? I haven't changed anything since installation.

Any comments appreciated!
